Shipping & Fulfillment

When will perks ship?

Starter + Quarter kits ship January 2026. Year + VIP kits ship February 2026. Tracking numbers go out via email 48 hours before delivery.

Where do you ship?

Indiegogo launch is US-only to keep fulfillment predictable. Add your name to the international waitlist via the contact form.

How are returns handled?

Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@myzenyva.com with your order number to start a return.

What’s inside each capsule?

Magnesium (350mg), Zinc (22mg), Vitamin E (30mg), and Iodine (300mcg) delivered in vegetarian capsules, plus a clean cellulose base.

Is it third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is produced in FDA-registered, cGMP facilities and tested for identity, potency, microbes, and heavy metals.

How do I take it?

Two capsules daily with water, ideally with food. Each bottle provides a 30-day supply.

Can I update my perk?

Yes. Log into Indiegogo, switch to the new perk tier, and your pledge will update automatically.
